My name is Josh Walker, and I have lived in Colorado City since 2018. I had only been here for about a week before I met Jennifer, and two years later, we got married! We both love living in such a small, tight-knit community, and we enjoy all the outdoor activities and everything the Greenhorn Valley has to offer.

I grew up in Cañon City, and when I turned 18, I joined the military. I served in the United States Navy for almost six years, then spent over eight years in the home renovation industry doing everything from framing, flooring, kitchen and bathroom renovations, and much more!  Those experiences have helped me become an exceptional problem solver and have given me an understanding of people's needs and how to better serve them during the selling or relocation process. I take pride in the fact that I personalize my service based on each specific clients' needs and wants, while focusing on your best interests.
